ERIC DE ROZAIO has about 40 years of extensive hands-on experience initially as HR generalist in HR Operations, Planning, Selection & Recruitment, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and HR consulting with emphasis on areas in Learning & Development and Talent Management & Development.

He had held senior position at the Group HR level in three (3) Public Listed Companies, namely The MUI Group, Pengkalen Holdings Bhd and L&M Corporation (M) Bhd.

During his HR consulting time, he was involved in a few major initiatives such as an Organizational Climate Survey for a Japanese MNC and a GLC, HR Audit for an MNC and a major local Retail Group, Leadership Development Audit for GLCs under “The Orange Book – Strengthening Leadership Development” by the Putrajaya Committee on GLC High Performance, Succession Planning initiative for Public listed Conglomerate and a Talent Development project for Emerging Leaders in a MNC involved healthcare distribution services.

He had worked as a HR Business Partner with HATTEN Group, Melaka which is an established conglomerate with core businesses in property development and other diversified business activities such as Construction, Complex Management, Security Services, Leasing, Branding, Retail, Education, F&B and Hospitality services.

He later joined NCT Group, an established property developer in Selangor as its HR Business Partner to Rebrand its HR department to support the Group’s strategic business plan for an IPO. During this time, he was instrumental in the formation of a new HR department for NCT Alliance Bhd, a public listed company.

He has also collaborated with a few HR Consulting companies and Training Providers to provide consulting services and training content development, respectively.
