With almost three decades in the Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental line across all industries, Aaron Ong brings forth an immense treasure trove of knowledge and skills for the next generation of industry professionals to power the nation forward.  With a background in engineering, since 1996 he has designed and installed various Air Pollution Control Systems and Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Systems for industries, big and small.  He possesses encyclopaedic knowledge on various HSE laws and Safety standards and often able to quote the most obscure pieces of legislation.

He is not only a DOSH Registered Competent Person but also a NIOSH Certified Trainer and HRDC Accredited Trainer.  His trainings are unique and most comprise practical sessions which are fun, challenging, memorable and enjoyable for all.  Noteworthy is a Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) Model which he has developed and is the only one available in the Malaysia.  It is small enough to be portable but large enough to be used for training purposes.  Thus far he has conducted countless trainings for society, industry and the academia.
